Internet Explorer:

  1. Tools => Internet Options
  2. When you are in Internet Options, Delete Cookies, Delete Files, and then Clear History.

Now that you have cleared the cookies and files, try reloading the CUNY Portal Page.

 

Netscape to clear cache:

  1. Edit => Preferences
  2. Advanced => Cache => Clear Cache

Netscape to clear cookies:

  1. Edit => Preferences
  2. Privacy & Security => Cookies => Manage Stored Cookies

  3. When you are in Manage Stored Cookies, click on Remove All Cookies

Now that you have cleared the cookies and files, try reloading the CUNY Portal Page.
