Acrobat Reader is free software that can be downloaded from the Web. You need this program in order to read files created in .pdf format. PDF files are usually used to show very large text files with their accompanying images. You may get Acrobat Reader from the following address: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html. Once you get to this site you will need to follow the screen instructions. Adobe requires you to: Register with Adobe. Select your computer platform from the pull-down menu (i.e., Windows 98). Press the Download button. Save the downloaded file to your hard drive (usually the Programs file). Find the program on your hard drive (i.e., ar32e301.exe on C: drive) and double-click on it to run it.
